Cancellation Policy for Events and Parties
Please read our cancellation policy carefully regarding events for a minimum of 20 people and/or in a separate venue. To ensure the security and peace of mind of both parties, a mutual agreement for your event must be confirmed with a reservation fee/deposit of 5.000 DKK. The event is only confirmed upon receipt of the reservation fee/deposit.

General Cancellation Policy
Up to 3 months before the start of the event, with the exception of confirmations (see below): Cancellations can be made free of charge, and the reservation fee will be refunded. Up to 30 days before the event: If canceled, the reservation fee is non-refundable. For cancellations made later, absent or canceled participants will be charged the full price.

Cancellations, which must always be made in writing, include any significant changes such as cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, or similar, in accordance with the order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy for Confirmation Parties
Special deadlines apply to confirmations, as they are often held on the same dates, making venues in high demand, and are therefore usually reserved well in advance. The general cancellation policy applies here. However, the reservation fee/deposit is not refunded after confirmation.
