Greenland Dog Visit

Do you love dogs? Do you want to give your family an unforgettable experience out of the ordinary?  
 
This trip is a fantastic activity for the whole family and for anyone who loves dogs or is curious to learn more about the Greenlandic Sled Dog. By the dogs you will get an introduction to life with sled dogs and their fascinating history. You will also have the opportunity to get up close to the dogs with cuddles and observation and take lots of great photos for the scrapbook. If there are puppies, you can also get up close to them and pet these cute little nuggets.  
 
The Greenland Dog is a unique breed with extraordinary characteristics. It is known as the world’s most enduring dog and is the closest relative of the original wolf. The Greenland Sled Dog is also an important reason why humans have been able to settle in the Arctic, as people could get around easier and faster that way.  
Unfortunately, the number of Greenland dogs has halved over the past 20 years, and today there are less than 14,000 Greenland sled dogs left in Greenland. By visiting our conservation project through our dogs, you are making a huge positive difference and helping us to preserve this fascinating breed.
