Snowmobile – Newbie Tour

Never ridden a snowmobile before? Our “Introductory Snowmobile Tour” is the perfect starting point for you!

This tour is specially designed for beginners and is ideal for anyone who is not familiar with snowmobiling but still wants to get a taste of the snowmobile and backcountry behind Sisimiut.  
 
Your adventure begins with an introduction to basic riding techniques. You will start with a training course where you will become comfortable with maneuvering, controlling the machine and body movement before heading out on groomed trails to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. During the tour there will be a break with the opportunity to take lots of beautiful photos. Here you will also have the opportunity to relax, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the view. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to take beautiful photos along the way.

Please note: When riding a snowmobile, it is important to stay warm for a comfortable experience. Dress in layers! You can also rent thermal suits and boots at Hotel Sisimiut, at the location where the tour also starts with an intro.
