ATV Backcountry Adventure

Join us on a spectacular ATV tour along the legendary Arctic Circle Trail – from coast to mountain through Greenland’s raw nature.

After a thorough introduction to the ATVs, we drive out through the sled dog town and further through Nasaasaaq Valley and Waterfall Passage with magnificent mountain landscapes all around us.

The tour continues up into the Sisimiut hinterland along ACR Lake and on to the Arctic Circle Viewpoint, where an impressive view of the fjord and the desolate mountain landscape opens up.

From here, the fjord Kanerlusaqsuk Tulleq lies 500 meters below us and the vast panorama of nature opens up. 130 kilometers of desolate mountain landscape stretches to the east and the Inland Ice Sheet – a place where the eye meets infinity.

We take the famous descent to Qerrortusok Majoria. The guide gives an extra safety briefing before we head down the mountain, where we then continue towards the fjord and cross the river at Kangerluarsuk Tulleq.

We follow the valleys deeper into the country, surrounded by steep mountains and untouched nature. The terrain is technically demanding, and we must adapt to the route as we reach it. Along the way, we will stop for lunch and time to enjoy the silence and surroundings.

On the way back, the landscape will be experienced from a new angle, before we end the trip back in Sisimiut – filled with great nature experiences and adventures in our arms.

Minimum participants:
Unless otherwise stated, the trip requires a minimum of 2 fully paying passengers to be completed. If the required number of passengers is not reached before departure and the trip must be canceled, an alternative departure or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
